1. Delivery Methods

Jodi Studio delivers orders using reputed courier services or a local delivery service, depending on your location. Customers in and around Bangalore may also opt for store pickup. The most suitable delivery method is confirmed with you at the time of order.

2. Delivery Timelines

Most of our work is made to order. Because each piece is custom stitched to your requirements:

• • Delivery timelines for custom orders are shared after the design discussion and confirmation, based on the work involved.
• • Ready-to-buy boutique items are usually dispatched within a few working days of order confirmation.
• • Festive and bridal seasons may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.

We deliver across India through courier partners, and offer local delivery within Bangalore. Serviceability and charges may vary by location.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, where applicable, are based on the destination and the delivery method, and are shared with you at the time of order confirmation.

5. Tracking

Where a courier partner provides tracking, we share the tracking details with you so you can follow your order. For local deliveries, our team keeps you updated directly.

6. Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delay.
