Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

How cancellations and refunds work for our made-to-order, custom-stitched garments.

1. Made-to-Order Garments

Jodi Studio stitches each garment specifically to your measurements, fabric and design requirements. Because every piece is custom made to order for you, the policies below apply.

2. No Returns

As our products are custom stitched as per each customer's requirements, returns are not available. A custom-made garment cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.

3. No Refunds

Since the work is custom made to your requirement, refunds are not available once an order has been accepted and confirmed. Any advance paid towards a confirmed order is non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

An order can be cancelled only before Jodi Studio accepts/confirms the order (at the backend). Once the order is accepted and we begin sourcing fabric or stitching, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • • To request a cancellation, contact us as early as possible, before the order is accepted from our side.
  • • If a cancellation is accepted before the order is confirmed, any amount paid for that order is handled as per the payment method used.

5. Issues With Your Order

If there is a genuine error on our part — for example, the stitching does not match the specifications confirmed with you — please reach out to us and we will rework or alter the garment to make it right. Fittings and reasonable alterations are part of our custom-stitching service.
