4. App Permissions and Location

Our customer, admin, designer, master, and handwork apps may request permissions only when needed for a feature. This may include camera and photo access for order references, customer fabric images, measurement-sheet photos, sourcing receipts, inventory photos, staff document images, social media content, and delivery or work completion proof. Camera access is used only after a user chooses a camera action in the app; we do not use the camera in the background. The apps may also request microphone access for voice booking or change requests, notifications for order updates, and location access for pickup, delivery, sourcing, attendance, and live staff tracking. You can control these permissions from your device settings.

Customer location is used for service fulfilment such as pickup and delivery. Staff location is used for operational purposes such as attendance, boutique geofence status, client visit tracking, and assigned work visibility.
